  • Spearhead technical design efforts for major rebranding initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and consistent application across web properties and associated systems.

  • Collaborate with web development teams to design, implement, and continuously enhance Content Management System (CMS) solutions, focusing on improving content authoring workflows and user experience.

  • Act as a key liaison between product management, engineering, and design teams, translating business and user requirements into robust, scalable, and user-centric design implementations.

  • Facilitate and support A/B testing and other experimental initiatives by coordinating cross-team efforts, ensuring rigorous data collection, and promoting data-driven decision-making in design iterations.

  • Champion the integration of user research findings throughout the entire design lifecycle, ensuring that the end-user's perspective and needs are central to all design outputs.

  • Create and refine design artifacts, including sketches, wireframes, detailed process flows, and interactive prototypes, to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.

  • Ensure adherence to and application of the platform's established design language, style guides, and reusable UI patterns in the final delivered interfaces.

  • Monitor and optimize web performance metrics, particularly those related to CMS functionality, experimental deployments, and rebranding rollouts, identifying areas for technical and UX improvement.
