📈 Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth user discovery and research to thoroughly understand primary care clinician problems, workflows, and jobs-to-be-done.

  • Own and drive the entire design lifecycle for designated product domains, making critical decisions on solution direction and detailed execution.

  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering leads to define and drive the strategic direction of your product area, forecasting solution impact on users.

  • Collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive, high-quality, and consistent user experience.

  • Balance cutting-edge AI technology with critical requirements for patient safety, accuracy, and clinical efficacy in both user-facing and backend experiences.
