๐ Primary Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth user discovery and research to thoroughly understand primary care clinician problems, workflows, and jobs-to-be-done.

Own and drive the entire design lifecycle for designated product domains, making critical decisions on solution direction and detailed execution.

Partner with Product Management and Engineering leads to define and drive the strategic direction of your product area, forecasting solution impact on users.

Collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver a cohesive, high-quality, and consistent user experience.

Balance cutting-edge AI technology with critical requirements for patient safety, accuracy, and clinical efficacy in both user-facing and backend experiences.

Requires 8+ years of experience designing complex web-based products and a strong portfolio showcasing UX, UI, and visual design. Proven expertise in user research and complex workflows is essential, with healthcare or AI experience preferred.
