  • Lead the design strategy and user experience vision for digital products within a dedicated product cell, serving as a technical and methodological authority for the UX team.

  • Drive user-centric design solutions by collaborating closely with business stakeholders, translating business objectives into actionable design roadmaps, and advocating for user needs.

  • Design and implement comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research plans, including user interviews, persona development, and usability testing, to inform product strategy and design decisions.

  • Create detailed wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, ensuring alignment with design systems and maintaining a consistent user experience across all digital touchpoints.

  • Manage and analyze key UX metrics and KPIs (e.g., NPS, CSAT, conversion rates) to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and demonstrate the business impact of design initiatives.

  • Mentor and guide junior UX designers, fostering their professional development and ensuring the application of high design standards and agile methodologies.

  • Integrate generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT) into design workflows to accelerate research, ideation, and content creation processes, while adhering to AI ethics principles.
