Position Overview: As a Sales Consultant, you'll conduct in-home consultations, providing homeowners with personalized estimates, tailored sales solutions, and innovative design options for their flooring projects. Your ability to build rapport and create a superior homeowner experience is key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Utilize provided flooring samples to assist clients in their decision-making process.</li>

Qualifications:

<ul>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of experience in in-home or outside sales.</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage your schedule and goals.</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs. and perform tasks such as climbing stairs.</li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Valid state motor vehicle operator's license.</li>
