Develop and meticulously maintain the company's design system, including defining and managing components, design tokens, and visual patterns for consistent application across all brand touchpoints.

Oversee the entire lifecycle of merchandise production, including conceptualization, supplier briefing, sample iteration, quality assessment, and final production management.

Conceptualize and design impactful brand experiences for physical environments such as office interiors, event booths, and conference setups, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and visual identity.

Lead and execute high-visibility creative projects from inception to completion, including major product launch campaigns, special collaborations, and unique marketing initiatives.

Independently manage the website's visual and frontend design, including making production-ready updates and improvements without relying on a traditional ticket queue system.

Seamlessly transition between design tools like Figma and direct engagement with suppliers and vendors, managing multiple projects concurrently with efficiency.

Ensure a holistic and cohesive brand experience by aligning all physical objects, spatial designs, and digital screens with a unified brand point of view.
