📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust User Content Management System (UCMS) solutions to elevate content management efficiency and user accessibility.

• Act as a key liaison between product, engineering, and content stakeholders, translating business and user requirements into actionable design specifications and scalable UI implementations.

• Facilitate and support A/B testing and experimental design initiatives by coordinating cross-team efforts and ensuring rigorous, data-driven decision-making processes.

• Integrate user research findings throughout the entire design lifecycle, championing the end-user's perspective to ensure designs are relevant, effective, and user-friendly.

• Develop detailed design artifacts, including sketches, wireframes, user flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes, to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.

• Apply and enforce the platform's established design language, style guides, and reusable components to ensure visual consistency and maintainability of the UI.
