📈 Primary Responsibilities

Spearhead technical rebranding efforts, ensuring design consistency and successful implementation across multiple web properties and digital systems.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI solutions within Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically focusing on enhancing content management workflows and user efficiency.

Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate business and user requirements into actionable design specifications and scalable implementations.

Facilitate and support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives by coordinating design efforts across cross-functional teams and ensuring robust data collection for analysis.

Conduct and incorporate user research findings, including user interviews and usability testing, to inform design decisions and reflect end-user needs.

Create comprehensive design documentation, including sketches, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, to effectively communicate design concepts.
