📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Spearhead technical rebranding efforts, ensuring design consistency and successful implementation across multiple web properties and digital systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI solutions within Content Management Systems (CMS), specifically focusing on enhancing content management workflows and user efficiency.

• Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate business and user requirements into actionable design specifications and scalable implementations.

• Facilitate and support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives by coordinating design efforts across cross-functional teams and ensuring robust data collection for analysis.

• Conduct and incorporate user research findings, including user interviews and usability testing, to inform design decisions and reflect end-user needs.

• Create comprehensive design documentation, including sketches, wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, to effectively communicate design concepts.

• Apply and adapt the platform's established design language, patterns, and style guides to ensure a consistent and polished final UI.
