🚀 Role Summary

  • Lead and develop UX/UI design teams with a focus on digital customer service, onboarding processes, and account opening workflows.

  • Drive the expansion and adoption of design practices and methodologies across the organization, positioning design as a key competitive differentiator.

  • Foster innovation by acting as a catalyst between teams, mediating conflicts, and establishing structured feedback mechanisms.

  • Translate complex data and performance metrics into compelling narratives for executive leadership, influencing strategic decision-making.

  • Develop the next generation of design leaders and build strong bridges between data insights, organizational strategy, and overarching vision.

📝 Enhancement Note: This role is positioned within the "UX Core - Centro de Excelência" which implies a strategic function focused on elevating design standards and practices organization-wide, rather than a purely project-execution role. The emphasis on "influenciar processos organizacionais em larga escala" and "preparando apresentações que transformem dados e resultados em narrativas para a liderança" highlights a significant strategic and communication component beyond typical design team management.

📈 Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with designers to support their technical and behavioral development, focusing on career progression and performance.

  • Structure and monitor Individual Development Plans (PDIs) with clear quarterly goals and monthly progress checkpoints.

  • Participate actively in the recruitment process by conducting technical and behavioral interviews for design roles.

  • Strategically assign projects and responsibilities, aligning team member career stages with project demands.

  • Mediate and resolve interpersonal conflicts within the team, cultivating a psychologically safe environment for constructive feedback.

  • Establish robust workflows for tracking multiple projects, including mapping interdependencies and potential bottlenecks.

  • Implement weekly checkpoints with cross-functional stakeholders to proactively identify and address project impediments.

  • Escalate significant risks to management with concrete data, actionable insights, and proposed solutions.

  • Monitor and report on stagnant initiatives through bi-weekly reports, articulating clear plans for revitalization.

  • Maintain close communication and alignment with other coordinators to manage expectations and address shared needs effectively.

  • Orchestrate multidisciplinary initiatives, extending design best practices beyond the immediate design team's scope.

  • Prepare structured presentations for senior leadership, transforming raw data into persuasive strategic narratives.

  • Lead alignment forums between coordination teams and mediate cross-departmental conflicts.

  • Forge strategic connections with other coordination leads to facilitate seamless cross-squad project execution.

📝 Enhancement Note: The responsibilities indicate a strong emphasis on process management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication, which are critical for a Coordinator role in a large organization. The expectation to "escalate risks" and "prepare presentations for leadership" points to a need for strong analytical and communication skills, vital for influencing organizational strategy.
