🚀 Role Summary

  • Design user experience solutions for the Adform Platform, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Directors, Product Managers, UX Researchers, and UX Writers to identify and address user problems.

  • Deliver comprehensive UX design deliverables, including concepts, wireframes, functional specifications, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.

  • Contribute to the evolution of the UX Design Framework and Design System, driving consistency and efficiency.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for UX design within Product Domain teams, guiding product development processes.

📝 Enhancement Note: This role is specifically for a UX Designer within the Product Management Department, focusing on the Adform Platform. The emphasis is on delivering tangible UX design solutions and contributing to the continuous improvement of Adform's design processes and systems. The company is looking for someone who can actively participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and research to development support and post-development review.

📈 Primary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the definition of user problems, needs, and the required UX design solutions and improvements.

  • Deliver identified improvements for the UX Design Framework and UX Design System.

  • Produce product design and UX framework design according to Adform's Product Development Process (PDP) and UX Design guidelines, including design concepts, wireframes, functional and visual specifications, interactive prototypes, and assets for development and usability testing.

  • Support ideation and product definition by conducting problem validation UX research and delivering design concepts.

  • Serve as the primary UX designer for assigned product scopes, ensuring design integrity and user-centricity.

  • Provide design consultations to Product Managers and Product Directors during the Scope Analysis phase.

  • Offer design support to Product Managers and developers during the Development phase, clarifying requirements and providing necessary assets.

Candidates should have practical knowledge of UX methodologies, interaction design, and visual design principles, along with familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong communication skills in English and experience within the Adtech industry or similar business domains are highly valued.
