Develop and articulate a comprehensive, long-term user experience vision, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and current product roadmap priorities.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including executives, to identify unmet user needs and market gaps, translating these insights into compelling product design strategies and user journeys.

Spearhead the design and implementation of engaging casual entertainment experiences, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms and devices (mobile, TV).

Drive the end-to-end human-centered design process, from initial user research and concept development through wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and final high-fidelity design execution.

Ensure exceptional design quality and consistency across all user touchpoints, including UI elements, interactive components, and visual storytelling, to enhance brand perception and user satisfaction.

Lead and facilitate collaborative design thinking sessions, workshops, and reviews with diverse teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and research, to drive alignment and innovation.
