Lead the end-to-end design and coordination process for data center fit-outs, focusing on white space, architectural, MEP, and LV/IT infrastructure.

Act as the primary design liaison for assigned projects, ensuring seamless communication and alignment between internal stakeholders, data center providers, and external consultants.

Manage Basis of Design deviations, OFCI equipment submittals, and contribute to the development of commissioning plans and testing scripts to ensure design integrity.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Capacity, Network Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Technical Project Management to align designs with business objectives and project deliverables.

๐ Primary Responsibilities

Oversee the design and coordination of multiple concurrent data center fit-out projects, managing the work of Professional Consultants (Architects, Engineers) and Equipment Suppliers.

Serve as the single point of contact for all design-related matters on assigned projects, facilitating communication with Data Center Providers, A/E firms, and internal stakeholders.

Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in electrical, mechanical, and LV/IT disciplines to ensure project requirements and technical specifications are met and integrated.

Application Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture and 5+ years of experience in data center engineering or design. Must possess strong knowledge of high-density cloud infrastructure and the ability to manage complex projects within budget and schedule.
