π Primary Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality, on-brand assets for digital platforms (web, email, paid media, social media, presentations) and physical channels (events, sales enablement materials, print collateral).

Conceptualize and execute creative solutions leveraging typography, color, layout, and illustration, while collaborating with multimedia specialists for animation, motion graphics, photography, and video.

Present creative concepts clearly and concisely, incorporating feedback to refine and optimize outputs, ensuring alignment with business goals, channel strategy, and target audience.

Act as a brand expert and internal consultant for the regional marketing team, ensuring all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and visual standards.

Lead design reviews for regional campaigns and channels, providing constructive feedback to maintain consistency, clarity, and quality across all creative executions.

Partner with the global brand team to uphold, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines, identifying opportunities to strengthen the company's visual identity.

Education:

Experience in B2B marketing, particularly within manufacturing or engineering sectors, is preferred. Required Skills:
