📈 Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of comprehensive user experience deliverables, including personas, customer journeys, conceptual prototypes, and responsive interfaces, ensuring adherence to interaction design and usability best practices.

  • Spearhead advanced design activities such as facilitating design thinking workshops, conducting rapid prototyping sessions, and managing iterative user testing cycles to validate and refine designs.
