๐ Primary Responsibilities

Analyze and optimize existing UX research workflows to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and operational risks.

Define, implement, and continuously improve scalable research operations processes, standards, and frameworks for research intake, prioritization, and delivery support.

Manage and optimize the UX research tool ecosystem, including licensing, access, onboarding, and usage guidance for platforms like UserTesting, Dovetail, and similar tools.

Lead the evaluation, testing, and introduction of new tools, automations, and AI technologies to enhance research efficiency, accelerate synthesis, and improve operational scalability.

Oversee the management and maintenance of research collaboration, documentation, and knowledge management platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Airtable), ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility.

Establish and enforce standards for repository structure, tagging, naming conventions, and research data handling to ensure consistency, scalability, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR).

Support participant operations, including recruitment coordination, scheduling, communications, and incentive management, while ensuring adherence to consent and privacy requirements.

Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy teams to ensure all research operations align with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

Facilitate operational rituals, such as research critiques, retrospectives, and knowledge-sharing sessions, to foster continuous improvement and collaboration.

Define, track, and report on key operational metrics for the research team (e.g., recruitment efficiency, study throughput, repository usage) to identify trends and opportunities for advancement.
