📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of UI developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, high code quality, and adherence to best practices.

• Code Development & Quality Assurance: Develop secure, high-quality production code using React and TypeScript, and conduct thorough code reviews and debugging for code written by team members.

• AI-Assisted Engineering Adoption: Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices (e.g., code review, refactoring, test strategy, root-cause analysis) and establish robust validation standards for AI-generated outputs.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate prototypes into pixel-perfect implementations and collaborate with backend engineers to define and adhere to API contracts.
