π Role Summary

Drive visual storytelling and brand consistency across a portfolio of distinct brands (PeopleLoop, Sequoia, Transform, Semper Virens) through expert visual design and campaign systems.

Lead the end-to-end creative process for campaigns, from initial brief and concept development to final delivery and quality control, maintaining operational rigor.

π Primary Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive visual design systems, campaign concepts, illustrations, and motion graphics for various digital touchpoints including web experiences, digital campaigns, landing pages, social media assets, and email communications across the Canopy brand portfolio.

Lead the entire creative lifecycle for marketing campaigns, from initial conceptualization and art direction to refinement, production, and final quality assurance, ensuring high standards are met.

Intentionally integrate and utilize AI tools within the creative process to support ideation, explore diverse concepts, enhance workflow efficiency, and refine content creation.

Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen and organize brand systems across PeopleLoop, Sequoia, Transform, and Semper Virens, translating these insights into scalable and effective design solutions.

Uphold and elevate visual consistency across all digital channels and brand expressions, while meticulously respecting and preserving each brand's unique identity.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, UX/UI, Product, and Web development, to ensure all creative deliverables are aligned with strategic briefs, brand standards, business objectives, and project timelines.

Actively participate in visual concepting sessions, contributing innovative ideas that are strategically aligned with campaign objectives and established brand guidelines.

Translate complex strategic and conceptual thinking into polished, high-fidelity design executions that effectively communicate brand messaging and value propositions.

Contribute to the establishment and refinement of efficient workflows, shared brand kits, reusable templates, comprehensive documentation, and operational processes to enhance team efficiency and consistency across the Canopy ecosystem.

Provide rigorous quality control, fine-tuning, and dedicated design support throughout projects, ensuring the team operates with clarity, precision, and excellence.

Partner with fellow designers and web development teams to produce compelling, branded digital experiences that resonate with target audiences.

Continuously research and stay updated on the latest design trends, emerging AI tools, and best practices in branding, digital design, and interactive media to inform creative strategies.

Support the creation and systemization of branded collateral and asset libraries, including one-pagers, whitepapers, presentations, storyboards, and other essential marketing materials.
