๐Ÿ“ˆ Primary Responsibilities

  • Spearhead end-to-end UX research projects, including defining research objectives, selecting appropriate methodologies, recruiting participants, conducting studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings.

  • Design and execute a variety of research studies, such as user interviews, usability testing, surveys, persona development, journey mapping, and ethnographic research to understand user needs and behaviors.

  • Develop and implement A/B testing and multivariate testing strategies to validate product features, optimize user flows, and measure the impact of design changes on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Establish and refine ResearchOps processes, including participant recruitment strategies, research repository management, ethical guidelines, and tool adoption, to ensure efficiency and scalability.

  • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data sets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights, synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable recommendations for product and design teams.

  • Mentor and coach junior UX researchers, providing guidance on research methodologies, project management, and stakeholder communication to foster their professional growth.

  • Champion a user-centric approach across the organization by effectively communicating research insights and advocating for user needs in product strategy and design decisions.

Application Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field with over 4 years of UX research experience, preferably in e-commerce. Must possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
