📈 Primary Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the design strategy and hands-on execution for digital products across mobile and desktop platforms.

  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering leaders to define product vision, roadmap, and user experience direction.

  • Lead end-to-end product discovery activities, including problem framing, user research, opportunity mapping, concept development, and validation.

  • Drive outcome-focused design decisions aligned with business goals, user needs, and product success metrics.
