📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design of core financial reporting modules, including but not limited to P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow analysis, occupancy rates, revenue forecasting, and expense tracking dashboards.

• Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observational studies, to identify pain points and opportunities within existing financial reporting processes.

• Develop comprehensive user personas, journey maps, and service blueprints to articulate user needs and map out optimal user flows for financial data consumption and interaction.

• Design intuitive user interfaces and interaction models for complex data sets, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and ease of interpretation for financial metrics.

• Create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to effectively communicate design concepts, gather stakeholder feedback, and validate design decisions through rigorous user testing.

• Conceptualize and design compelling data visualizations (e.g., charts, graphs, heatmaps,
