  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to integrate UX design seamlessly into the product development lifecycle.

  • Continuously improve UX design processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize team efficiency and design impact within the MedTech space.

  • Develop comprehensive plans that empower the design team to achieve business objectives and realize the long-term vision, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

  • Manage bi-weekly design sprints, leveraging industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma to facilitate workflow and progress tracking.

  • Provide direct supervision and career development guidance to a team of 5 to 8 UX designers, fostering their professional growth and skill enhancement.

  • Actively participate in design critiques and reviews to elevate the overall quality and impact of the team's design outputs.

  • Collaborate with fellow UX Design leaders to shape and advance the team's culture, fostering inclusivity, creativity, and a user-centric approach.
