• Manage and support remote design teams, acting as the primary client and partner liaison in the region.

• Cultivate and expand key client relationships through proactive networking and business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

• Ensure all project outputs align with the WW+P brand's identity, values, and messaging, while maximizing project profit returns.

📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Regional Representation & Brand Stewardship: Act as the primary representative for WW+P in the Middle East, articulating and upholding the project portfolio, core values, and design approach to clients and stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Synergy: Forge and maintain robust working relationships with the WW+P global studio, the 10N Collective, and Egis Business Lines (Transportation, Energy & Sustainable Cities, Aviation) to identify and leverage synergistic opportunities for regional business development.

• Client Relationship Management & Business Development: Proactively build and nurture key client relationships through enhanced exposure and strategic networking, identifying and advancing new business opportunities, and recognizing untapped potential within existing relationships.

• Remote Team Leadership & Support: Provide effective leadership and support to design teams located in WW+P global studios, serving as the local first point of contact for clients and partners, and ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.

• User-Centric Design Advocacy: Champion a user-centric design philosophy, demonstrating deep empathy for end-users and ensuring that project outcomes resonate with their needs, desires, and enhance quality of life.
