  • Conceptualize, design, and edit a wide range of print and interactive collateral, including proposals, offering memorandums, graphics, covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, charts, and bound books.

  • Apply professional graphic design principles to develop innovative visual concepts that support business development initiatives and enhance JLL's competitive advantage.

  • Ensure all designs align with the specific preferences of deal teams and clients while rigorously maintaining JLL's corporate branding guidelines.

  • Oversee and manage complex design projects from initial concept through final delivery, consistently meeting quality and timely execution standards.

  • Juggle multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess.

  • Provide expert design advice and guidance, effectively translating verbal and written input from stakeholders into impactful graphics and layouts.

  • Design dynamic email blasts

Application Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of design experience using Adobe Creative Suite and possess strong communication and project management skills. A Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing or Graphic Design is required, along with the ability to work on-site in Denver.
