๐Ÿ“ˆ Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead AI-enabled work redesign as a core transformation capability, partnering with leadership to identify and prioritize AI-driven workforce transformation opportunities aligned with business strategy.

  • Apply task-level decomposition to analyze roles, identifying opportunities for AI augmentation, automation, and human-AI teaming, including the use of AI agents for complex workflows.

  • Design future-state roles and job families for the AI era, defining new roles such as human-AI teaming roles, workflow orchestrators, and AI governance roles.

  • Translate digital roadmaps into actionable workforce strategies, job redesign outputs, and workflow roadmaps to operationalize digital initiatives within business and functional transformations.

  • Establish and refine methodologies for task decomposition, workforce segmentation, human-AI teaming, and workflow redesign for consistent enterprise application.

  • Define and contribute to enterprise standards, decision frameworks, and governance practices for workforce planning and work redesign to ensure quality and alignment.

  • Create reusable transformation assets, including playbooks, templates, process guides, and diagnostic tools to empower business units in executing workforce planning and work redesign.

  • Lead strategic workforce planning efforts directly tied to enterprise transformation priorities, aligning talent strategies with business objectives and identifying future capability needs. *

Application Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 8 years of experience. Expertise in organizational design, strategic workforce planning, and AI-driven transformation is required.
