  • Manage and implement prototypes, graphic designs, and full engineering projects for the Department of the Navy Office of Administration (DON OA) โ€“ Information Technology Division (ITD).

  • Identify, research, and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., AI, ML, Zero Trust Architecture, Containerization, Advanced Cloud Solutions) that can enhance DON operations, including potential benefits, risks, and implementation costs.

  • Develop and submit quarterly Emerging Technology Reports to the Government, detailing findings and recommendations.

  • Provide pilot demonstrations or prototypes of new technologies or application solutions upon Government request.

  • Provide training, develop policy, create documentation, and gather end-user requirements for implemented applications and systems.

  • Experience with policy, training, and documentation using adopted technologies within the DUSN (M) IT applications development initiative. Required Skills:

  • Full Stack Development (including SQL, T-SQL, Oracle, SharePoint Online, C#.NET, Visual Basic.NET, JAVA, Jquery).

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.

Application Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field with 7 years of experience in full stack development and design tools. A Secret security clearance is mandatory for this role.
