π Primary Responsibilities

Define and execute comprehensive research strategies across diverse product portfolios, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and market opportunities.

Lead the design and execution of advanced qualitative and quantitative research programs, including in-depth interviews, contextual inquiries, usability studies, diary studies, and concept testing.

Utilize AI-powered research synthesis tools and methodologies to accelerate insight generation and deliver actionable findings efficiently without compromising research rigor.

Develop and implement frameworks, systems, and toolkits that empower cross-functional teams to conduct their own research and establish robust insight-loops across the organization.

Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Analytics teams to frame complex problems, drive product discovery, and ensure user insights are integrated from the outset of solution development.

Present research findings, strategic recommendations, and user insights to senior and executive leadership, employing compelling storytelling to influence decision-making and drive organizational change.
