- Accurately measure artwork and select appropriate materials for custom framing orders.
- Operate framing equipment, including mat cutters and potentially heat presses, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Produce high-quality custom framing orders that meet or exceed customer expectations and company standards, ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain the readiness and aesthetic appeal of the ready-made frame department and other assigned retail areas.

Store Operations & Merchandising:
- Ensure assigned areas, including the ready-made frame section, SISO (Shop In Shop Out), and Directed Replenishment, are well-merchandised, organized, and fully stocked.
- Participate actively in truck un-load and stocking processes, adhering to established truck standards and timelines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free store environment for both customers and team members.
- Support company-wide shrink and safety programs through vigilant attention and adherence to procedures.

Point of Sale & Omni-channel Support:
- Operate the cash register and execute all cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity, adhering to established standards.
- Assist customers with Omni-channel processes, such as online order fulfillment and in-store pickup.
