• Create and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring all UI components are reusable, scalable, and adhere to established brand guidelines and UX principles.

• Develop detailed user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and user journeys to cross-functional teams.

• Partner with Product Management to understand user needs, market trends, and business objectives, translating these into effective design solutions.

• Work hand-in-hand with the Development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs, providing necessary assets and clarifying design intent throughout the development cycle.

• Conduct design reviews of shipped features to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the original design vision, identifying areas for improvement.

• Proactively identify opportunities to innovate and improve the product design process and the overall user experience of Caelor's offerings.

• Contribute to the visual identity and UX strategy of Caelor's products, aligning with the company's growth trajectory and market position.
