• Manage selected large-scale Capex projects (€5M+) from feasibility and concept design through execution, procurement support, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), commissioning, and final startup.

• Provide technical leadership and support to manufacturing sites for troubleshooting, capacity improvements, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) optimization, and debottlenecking related to packaging and filling operations.

• Conduct technology scouting and evaluate new automation, digital, and equipment solutions to maintain Flora Food Group's competitive edge in packaging innovation.

• Collaborate closely with R&D Packaging, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement to translate innovation and sustainability requirements into practical engineering specifications.
