Define, develop, and deploy the global strategy for packaging equipment design, filling technology, and packaging innovation across Flora Food Group's operations.

Establish and maintain global technical standards for packaging equipment, filling systems, and complete packing lines, ensuring adherence to GMP, food safety, and performance benchmarks.

Lead the development of User Requirement Specifications (URS), scope definitions, and detailed engineering design standards for new and existing packaging and filling equipment.

Drive the integration of sustainability initiatives (energy efficiency, waste reduction, decarbonisation, circularity) into packaging system design and technology selection.

Manage selected large-scale Capex projects (โฌ5M+) from feasibility and concept design through execution, procurement support, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), commissioning, and final startup.

Provide technical leadership and support to manufacturing sites for troubleshooting, capacity improvements, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) optimization, and debottlenecking related to packaging and filling operations.

Conduct technology scouting and evaluate new automation, digital, and equipment solutions to maintain Flora Food Group's competitive edge in packaging innovation.
