π Primary Responsibilities

Brand & Visual Identity Management: Maintain and apply Roto's brand standards across all design outputs, including print collateral, presentations, proposals, and digital assets.

Proposal & Presentation Design: Design and format business development proposals, qualifications packages, and pitch decks in close collaboration with the Business Development (BD) and marketing teams.

Trade Show & Event Collateral Production: Produce trade show graphics, signage, promotional materials, and event collateral, ensuring cohesive branding and logistical support for 10+ annual events. *
Application Requirements
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field and possess at least three years of professional experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong organizational skills for managing multiple concurrent projects are required.
