📈 Primary Responsibilities

Design and execute a wide range of brand materials, including packaging, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, advertising creatives, and general collateral, ensuring strict adherence to established Brand Guidelines.

Prepare and deliver production-ready files for print, ensuring they meet all technical specifications for Flexographic printing and other manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with the Art Director and fellow designers to brainstorm creative concepts, resolve design challenges, and maintain consistent brand messaging across all assets.

Construct physical mockups and prototypes of design concepts for effective presentation to stakeholders and for internal review meetings.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of TTI's product lines, brand standards, and manufacturing processes to inform design decisions and ensure practical application.

Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively, ensuring that all design work is completed efficiently and meets production deadlines.

Application Requirements
Candidates must hold a 4-year college degree, with an Art degree preferred, and demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Experience in setting up files for Flexographic printing is preferred, and a portfolio is required for consideration.
