Develop and implement departmental procedures, standards, and process improvements to elevate the quality and timeliness of fire sprinkler system designs.

Ensure strict adherence to the company's Operational Excellence program across all design activities.

Plan, schedule, and assign sprinkler design work, managing project timelines and resource allocation effectively.

Oversee the production of detailed design documents, including AutoCAD drawings and stock lists, from project specifications, architectural drawings, and code requirements.

Provide senior-level technical assistance and mentorship to design personnel, resolving complex design challenges.

Conduct thorough reviews of design drawings and stock lists to perform quality and process checks, identifying and addressing potential issues.

Facilitate weekly Design Department meetings to report on project progression, issues encountered, manpower, labor consumption, and schedule adherence.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry into operating systems and regular updates to project management software (e.g., Compass).
