📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate design activities across Civil, Structural, MEP, Architectural, and IT/ELV disciplines, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach.

• Proven track record in managing design aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects, complex developments (such as airports, transportation hubs), or significant Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts, or megaprojects.

• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading and managing multidisciplinary design teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring cohesive output.

• Experience working effectively with international consultants and contractors, understanding diverse working styles and contractual frameworks. Required Skills:

• Exceptional multidisciplinary design coordination and leadership capabilities, with the ability to guide and integrate diverse engineering and architectural teams.
