📈 Primary Responsibilities

Design Leadership & Governance:
- Spearhead the comprehensive design delivery process across all project phases, from bid evaluation to final handover.
- Guarantee strict compliance with Employer's Requirements, Contractor's Proposals, and all applicable statutory obligations.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate design risks, while also capitalizing on opportunities and managing change control effectively.

Design Programme & Coordination:
- Develop and meticulously manage integrated design programmes that align seamlessly with procurement timelines and construction activities.
- Orchestrate the efforts of consultants, designers, and subcontractors to ensure the punctual delivery of all necessary design information.
- Effectively manage complex design interfaces and proactively resolve any design conflicts that arise.

Design Quality & Technical Assurance:
- Ensure all designs are not only compliant and buildable but also cost-effective and precisely aligned with project-specific requirements.
- Lead and facilitate design reviews and approval processes at every project milestone.
- Champion Safety in Design principles and uphold the highest standards of technical excellence throughout the design lifecycle.

- Contribute to cost certainty by implementing and maintaining robust design management practices.
