📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Design and create new partner-facing Academy content across a diverse range of topics, from practical enablement materials to thought leadership style learning modules.

• Develop micro-learning assets, including AI-supported video content and other engaging, bite-sized formats designed for maximum retention and immediate application.

• Adapt and localize existing learning content for various regional audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy, potentially using AI translation tools to support multilingual versions.

• Collaborate effectively with Academy leaders, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify learning objectives, and translate input into high-quality, learner-centric content.

• Build and maintain learning experiences within Pax8's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is easily accessible, intuitive to navigate, and consistently meets brand and quality standards.
