  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of web content, from concept and design to development, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Commercial, Marketing, Brand, and SEO to ensure website initiatives align with company strategy and drive commercial results.

  • Systematically maintain technical health, identify and fix bugs, and ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across the entire website.

๐Ÿ“ Enhancement Note: This role is positioned within a highly collaborative, in-house "studio" model, emphasizing long-term ownership and compounding impact over short-term campaign cycles. ๐Ÿ“ˆ Primary Responsibilities

  • Translate briefs from commercial, product, and marketing teams into visually appealing and functionally robust web pages, including platform verticals, campaign landing pages, product release pages, and SEO infrastructure.

  • Proactively monitor website performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct rigorous quality assurance (QA) on all changes before deploying to the live site, ensuring a seamless and bug-free user experience.

  • Collaborate with the Lead Web Designer to iterate on design strategies, implement new features, and maintain the aesthetic and technical integrity of the company's largest owned channel.

๐Ÿ“ Enhancement Note: The responsibilities highlight a blend of creative design, technical development, and operational oversight, common in roles that bridge marketing and product operations. The focus on "changes compound across the site" and "accountable for how what you ship performs in the market" indicates a data-driven and results-oriented approach to web design, directly impacting business outcomes.
