📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Generate AI-driven visual assets for beauty and fashion campaigns, encompassing product packaging, lifestyle imagery, and video content.

• Develop, refine, and meticulously craft advanced prompts for AI image generation platforms such as Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and DALL·E to achieve specified brand identity and aesthetic outcomes.

• Translate creative concepts from design leads into structured and effective AI prompts, ensuring the generation of high-quality assets that meet desired outputs.

• Design and produce detailed packaging visuals, including but not limited to perfume bottles, cosmetic containers, labels, boxes, brochure layouts, and retail display mock-ups.

• Ensure all AI-generated assets are optimized and suitable for direct use in packaging development and refinement for subsequent production stages.

• Collaborate closely with content, category, and creative leads, as well as packaging engineers, to guarantee visual alignment with overarching campaign strategies and product positioning objectives.

• Present design concepts effectively, iterate rapidly based on feedback from stakeholders, and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across a diverse range of deliverables.

• Maintain and organize prompt libraries, comprehensive workflow documentation, and established asset standards to facilitate efficient and consistent production pipelines.
