Drive the digital transformation within ING's Wholesale Banking sector by designing, testing, and iterating on user-centric digital applications and processes.

Act as the foundational UX Design specialist within ING Hubs Romania, playing a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the UX design practice in the region.

Maintain a strategic overview of design needs, prioritizing tasks to maximize value delivery for both clients and internal users across more than 35 countries.

๐ Primary Responsibilities

Design, prototype, test, and refine user interfaces and user experiences for a suite of applications, including the ingwb.com website, the InsideBusiness Portal (web banking platform), InsideBusiness Services (employee service platform), a dedicated mobile app, and various specialized banking applications.

Collaborate closely with Customer Journey Experts and Engineers in multidisciplinary teams to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and effective digital solutions.

Application Requirements
Requires at least 3 years of UX design experience, preferably within the financial services industry, and proficiency in Figma. Candidates must possess strong interaction design skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English within an international organization.
