๐ Primary Responsibilities

Design comprehensive user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes for a sophisticated web platform.

Develop intuitive and accessible interfaces tailored for diverse user groups, including project managers, operational teams, partners, and reporting stakeholders.

Partner closely with project managers and software engineers to conceptualize and design new features, ensuring seamless integration and effective workflow improvements.

๐ Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, Product Design, or a closely related field, with a proven track record of designing digital products.
Required Skills:

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, including UX strategy, wireframing, high-fidelity UI, and a demonstrable understanding of user-centered design principles.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, demonstrating expertise in Auto Layout, Component creation and management, Variables, Design Systems, and interactive Prototyping.

Solid understanding of core UX principles, including usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), information architecture, and responsive design techniques.

Demonstrated ability to independently manage design tasks from inception to completion and articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.

Proven experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly engineers and project managers, within an agile development environment.
