Drive continuous discovery and lean experimentation using a Dual-Track Agile methodology to validate ideas and optimize product development.
-
Actively contribute to Design Operations (DesignOps) initiatives, focusing on process refinement, workflow optimization, and design system governance.
-
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, to ensure the feasibility and successful implementation of design solutions.

Measure and track UX metrics to demonstrate product impact and continuously improve user experience.
📝 Enhancement Note: This role is positioned within a company undergoing significant organizational transformation. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment where processes are being actively defined, requiring a proactive and "build-it-as-you-go" mindset. The emphasis on DesignOps suggests a strategic move towards standardizing and scaling the design function, making this an opportunity to influence foundational design processes.
📈 Primary Responsibilities
-
Lead the entire design lifecycle for assigned product areas, from initial concept and user research through to final implementation and iteration.
-
Conduct continuous user research and leverage insights to inform design decisions, working in tandem with UX Researchers.
-
Deconstruct complex product ideas into manageable, lean experiments to accelerate learning and reduce development risk.
-
Partner with Senior UX Designers and Design Leadership to define and refine design processes, including Definition of Ready, handoff procedures, and workflow improvements.
-
Contribute to the governance and evolution of the Design System, focusing on component architecture, documentation, and scalability.

📝 Enhancement Note: The responsibilities highlight a blend of core UX design duties and a significant focus on operationalizing the design function. The emphasis on "bringing order to chaos" and "DesignOps" indicates that process improvement and system thinking are as critical as visual and interaction design. Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate experience in structuring design workflows and contributing to design system maturity.
🎓 Skills & Qualifications
Education: While no specific degree is mandated, a strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent practical experience and a deep understanding of UX principles is expected.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in UX design, with a preference for experience in SaaS environments or companies undergoing significant organizational transformation.

The specific mention of Figma features points to a need for practical, hands-on design skills beyond basic wireframing.

Showcase end-to-end design projects that demonstrate problem identification, user research, ideation, prototyping, and iteration.
-
Include detailed case studies of how you've translated complex user insights into simple, effective product solutions.
-
Highlight contributions to design systems, including examples of component creation, documentation, and governance.
-
Demonstrate experience with lean experimentation and agile design processes, explaining how you adapted to changing requirements.
-
Present examples of how you've facilitated workshops or collaborative design sessions with stakeholders. Process Documentation:
