🚀 Role Summary

  • Lead the end-to-end User Experience (UX) design for Bjak's core AI-native applications across mobile (iOS, Android) and web platforms.

  • Design comprehensive user flows for AI-assisted tasks, ensuring seamless transitions from intent capture to task completion, including robust progress tracking and error recovery mechanisms.

  • Translate complex AI system behaviors and states (loading, thinking, acting, stalling, failing, recovering) into clear, intuitive, and controllable user interfaces.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning (ML) teams to define user requirements and translate them into tangible design solutions that enhance user trust and engagement.

  • Conduct rigorous usability research to identify user pain points, areas of uncertainty, and opportunities for design improvement within AI-driven product experiences.
