Lead the design strategy and execution for critical product areas within PermitFlow's SaaS platform, focusing on construction permitting, licensing, and inspection workflows.

Conduct user research, identify pain points, and translate insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency for construction companies.

Design and prototype complex, information-dense B2B software interfaces, with a particular emphasis on workflow-heavy applications.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-fidelity design implementation, acting as a bridge between design vision and technical feasibility.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite.
