  • Lead the design strategy and execution for critical product areas within PermitFlow's SaaS platform, focusing on construction permitting, licensing, and inspection workflows.

  • Conduct user research, identify pain points, and translate insights into actionable design solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency for construction companies.

  • Design and prototype complex, information-dense B2B software interfaces, with a particular emphasis on workflow-heavy applications.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-fidelity design implementation, acting as a bridge between design vision and technical feasibility.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product suite.
