๐ Primary Responsibilities

Spearhead the design strategy and execution for integration experiences, ensuring seamless workflows for employers and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) partners.

Develop comprehensive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes that clearly articulate complex system functionalities and data interactions.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights, validate design hypotheses, and drive iterative improvements.

Translate technical constraints and business requirements into elegant, user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of a sophisticated B2B partner audience.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between design, product management, engineering, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
