π Primary Responsibilities

Enhance the quality and effectiveness of messaging experiences across both job seeker mobile app and desktop web surfaces, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user journey for all parties.

Conceptualize and design user experiences for novel AI-powered messaging features, leveraging artificial intelligence to improve communication efficiency and user engagement.

Develop design strategies to boost employer and job seeker responsiveness by implementing sophisticated reply prompts, clear expectation management, transparent status updates, and effective re-engagement patterns.

Produce detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, comprehensive user journeys, and high-fidelity mockups, ensuring alignment with the platform's existing design system and best practices.

Foster strong collaborative relationships with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and Legal partners, working effectively within distributed and cross-functional team structures.

Conduct and integrate findings from A/B testing programs and qualitative user research to validate design hypotheses and iteratively refine user interfaces and workflows.
