π Primary Responsibilities

Enhance the quality and effectiveness of messaging experiences across job seeker mobile applications and desktop web interfaces, catering to both job seeker and employer user groups.

Conceive and design user experiences for novel AI-powered messaging features, leveraging artificial intelligence to improve communication efficiency and user outcomes.

Develop design solutions that boost employer and job seeker responsiveness through intuitive reply prompts, clear expectation setting, transparent status updates, and effective re-engagement patterns.

Produce detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, comprehensive user journeys, and polished high-fidelity mockups, adhering to the platform's established design system and patterns.

Foster strong collaborative relationships with Product Management, Engineering, and Research teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across geographically distributed teams.

Validate design hypotheses and iterate on solutions by conducting A/B tests and qualitative user research, gathering actionable insights to inform design decisions.

Ensure designs are user-centric, intuitive, and meet business objectives by integrating user feedback and research findings throughout the design lifecycle.
