📈 Primary Responsibilities

End-to-End Design Ownership: Manage the complete design lifecycle for concurrent projects, encompassing user research, ideation, wireframing, user flow definition, high-fidelity screen design, and detailed specifications for development.

Design System Development & Governance: Architect, build, document, and maintain robust design systems and component libraries, ensuring adherence to established standards and facilitating efficient product development.

Design Strategy & Problem Solving: Translate ambiguous business objectives and user needs into clear design strategies, actionable flows, and intuitive user interfaces, particularly for complex or novel product challenges.

Mentorship & Team Enablement: Provide direct guidance, constructive feedback, and skill development support to junior and mid-level designers through regular design reviews, critiques, and knowledge sharing sessions.
