📈 Primary Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive UX deliverables, including information architecture (IA), user flows, wireframes, interface designs, interaction designs, and both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Identify, define, and promote UX best practices, standards, and reusable design patterns, contributing to a consistent and high-quality user experience across OneTrust's product suite.

• Proactively identify, collect, and analyze user experience metrics (web analytics, customer support data, user feedback) to inform design decisions, measure the impact of design changes, and drive continuous improvement.

• Stay abreast of current UX trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscapes, applying relevant insights to enhance OneTrust's product offerings and design methodologies.

• Act as a strong advocate for user-centered design principles and methodologies within the R&D organization, fostering collaboration and understanding among product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
