  • Lead the end-to-end user experience (UX) design for critical Elekta software products, focusing on Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) and Oncology Information Systems (OIS).

  • Own the complete UX design lifecycle for one or more core Elekta software products, including Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) and/or Oncology Information Systems (OIS).

  • Apply user insights gained from diverse research methodologies (primary and secondary) to drive informed and impactful design decisions.

  • Design, refine, and iterate on user journeys, detailed workflows, and interactive models to enhance overall usability, operational efficiency, and patient safety within clinical settings.

  • Create and present mid- to low-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma to clearly articulate design concepts and solutions.

  • Conduct and analyze results from usability testing sessions, incorporating feedback to iteratively improve designs throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Define, track, and report on key UX quality metrics, utilizing data to demonstrate design effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Actively partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to align on product roadmaps, contribute innovative design ideas, and champion user needs.

  • Facilitate productive design workshops and reviews, articulate design rationale persuasively, and contribute to the evolution of the company's design system and a positive peer feedback culture.
