π Primary Responsibilities

Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to conceptualize, design, and iterate on user interfaces and user experiences for both internal and customer-facing applications.

Lead the entire lifecycle of feature development, from initial user research and concept validation through wireframing, high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, and post-launch analysis and iteration.

Conduct qualitative user research, including interviews and usability testing, and leverage quantitative data to inform design decisions and validate product improvements.

Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Homeward's design system, ensuring consistency in typography, color palettes, component libraries, and overall visual language.

Actively participate in cross-functional alignment meetings, gathering feedback and coordinating launch efforts with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.

Perform competitive analysis to identify market trends, differentiate Homeward's offerings, and uncover opportunities for innovative product features and user experiences.
