📈 Primary Responsibilities

Brand Identity Evolution: Drive the creative direction and consistent application of Dougs' visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring brand coherence while maintaining channel-specific flexibility.

Performance Creative Development: Design and produce engaging advertising assets (Social Ads, Display, Landing Pages) in close collaboration with the Acquisition team, focusing on maximizing creative performance and ROI.

Content Production Strategy: Conceptualize and create high-value "Lead Magnets" such as white papers, tax guides, and business plan tools, transforming technical expertise into visually appealing and informative assets.

Content Factory Architecture: Design and implement systems and processes for an efficient "Content Factory," focusing on automation and leveraging AI tools to accelerate content production for both organic and paid campaigns.

Video & Motion Graphics Integration: Utilize expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools to develop compelling video and motion graphics content, or demonstrate a strong aptitude for animation and a willingness to learn.

Team Management & Mentorship: Oversee the development of an apprentice designer, provide guidance, and establish best practices for creative workflow and quality assurance within the growing Creative Studio.
