  • Lead early-stage product discovery and validation efforts through rigorous qualitative methods such as user interviews, surveys, concept testing, prototype evaluations, and pilot programs.

  • Design, implement, and manage a social listening process to continuously monitor relevant industry conversations, emerging topics, online communities, and overall customer sentiment.
